A working business.
Active members, clear processes and reliable information on revenue, costs and earnings.
Thinking about succession, selling your gym or its next chapter? With LIA Gym, we are developing a new fitness brand by acquiring existing gyms in Germany.

LIA Gym is intended to grow from existing gyms. The idea is simple: good training should fit easily into everyday life.
For members, that means finding a gym easily, knowing the parking options before arriving and seeing quick food options nearby. For owners, it starts with a personal conversation about the business, its people and its future.
Currently in development. No LIA Gyms have opened yet. This website introduces our acquisition project; memberships and trial sessions are not currently available.
We are interested in existing gyms and smaller operating groups in Germany. Transparent financials and a viable location are essential.
Active members, clear processes and reliable information on revenue, costs and earnings.
Good access, clear entrances and reliable parking. Quick food options nearby add to the location’s appeal.
Succession, a full sale or an orderly transition. We discuss openly which approach fits your circumstances.
Any acquisition depends on due diligence, agreement and secured financing for the individual transaction.
There is no extensive data upload for an initial enquiry. Your location, approximate business size and reason for getting in touch are enough to begin.
We talk about your gym, your goals and your time frame. Directly with David Serafin.
We agree on confidentiality before exchanging sensitive documents. Then we review membership, contracts, financials and investment needs.
If there is a good fit, we work out the structure and transition. If there is not, we say so clearly.
Easy to find across Germany. One shared brand. Clear location pages once gyms are confirmed.
Know where to park.Access, charges and parking time limits should be shown on each gym’s page.
Your next food stop.Fast food and quick meal options nearby, with a short trip before or after training.
You do not need to have decided to sell. A short introduction is enough to see whether a conversation makes sense.

No. The initial exchange is for getting acquainted and making a first assessment. An acquisition only becomes concrete after due diligence, secured financing and individual agreement.
We discuss this separately for each gym. The aim is a sustainable handover. Before reviewing the business, we make no blanket commitments about staffing, the name or the timing of a potential change.
We handle the conversation discreetly. Before exchanging sensitive figures, contracts or personal data, we agree separately on scope and confidentiality. Your first message does not need confidential detailed documents.
